The design of a cutting unit requires dialogue between the designer and the final user to refine the specifications that he satisfied with.
Thanks to their experience, sales representatives of Couédic Madoré are able, from the list of finished products that the customer wishes, to define the circuits and materials needed to obtain the optimum result.
Once the circuits and operator tasks are defined, each workstation must be finely studied to allow maximum productivity from the operator. This is where the know-how of our Design Office comes in.
Our know-how, acquired over 30 years of dialogue with the cleaning, maintenance departments and with the control organization, is expressed by taking into account, from the design stage, the constraints related to hygiene, safety, ergonomics and maintainability of materials.
The workstations are all equipped with the necessary hygiene equipment for the operations. Height-adjustable duckboards can be provided to compensate for the operator’s size differences.
The design of our carriers allows easy cleaning and minimal maintenance.
Cutting rooms are often heavily loaded areas. We take special care to create access for maintenance and design our machines to limit the intervention time of technicians.
We have a very wide range of materials that allows us to respond to all requests, whatever the species to be treated and the desired throughputs.
The equipment designed, manufactured in our company and installed by us covers from lowering to storage of full trays and washing and storage of empty trays.
